Find an In-Network Provider

Direct Dental members have the freedom to see any dentist, so there is no need to change providers. However, if your plan offers access to Cypress Exclusive Network (CEN) and Cypress/DenteMax Plus Network (which includes Dental Health Alliance (DHA) and Careington), choosing to see a dentist in the network will stretch your benefit dollars and reduce your out-of-pocket expenses.

Review your Plan Summary, online ID card, or Summary Plan Description (SPD) to confirm which network your plan offers.
